America’s 250th Birthday Anniversary
Mrs. Mayra Schneider was honored to be present for America’s 250th-birthday anniversary.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, Washington, D.C., marked America’s 250th-anniversary celebrations, but triple-digit heat and severe thunderstorms forced a temporary evacuation of the National Mall. Later that evening, the gates reopened and the “Salute to America 250” celebration continued as planned.
